CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly ask that you cancel 48 hours prior to your appointment or you will be charged 50% of your service. No shows or cancellations 24 hours prior to your appointment will be charged 100% of your service. We understand that sometimes things happen so we do have a 15 minute grace period but please always reach out to us if there is an issue with your appointment or if you are running late. Thank you for your understanding.
