CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly ask that you cancel 48 hours prior to your appointment or you will be charged 50% of your service. No shows or cancellations 24 hours prior to your appointment will be charged 100% of your service. We understand that sometimes things happen so we do have a 15 minute grace period but please always reach out to us if there is an issue with your appointment or if you are running late. Thank you for your understanding. We want to make sure you leave satisfied with the end result of your color service. We pride ourselves on thorough consultations to make sure we are both on the same page. While we do not offer refunds, we have a 1 week grace period where you can come back and we will adjust your color free of charge.
